About the Role
As a Machine Learning Engineer at PhiShark, you'll work on developing and deploying ML models that detect phishing attempts with 99.4% accuracy. You'll be part of a team that's revolutionizing email security.
Responsibilities
- Develop and train ML models for phishing detection
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference
- Build data pipelines for model training and evaluation
- Collaborate with security researchers to improve detection capabilities
- Deploy and monitor models in production
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with NLP and text classification
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity domain
- Knowledge of email protocols and phishing techniques
- Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures
