By the nature of cybersecurity and AI-based analytics:

• false positive or false negative results may occur;
• incomplete, inaccessible or outdated data may affect results;
• attackers may attempt to circumvent or manipulate automated or AI-powered analysis; and
• Results for the same content may differ as content, threat intelligence, model or other technical conditions change.

Therefore, PhiShark does not guarantee that all threats will be detected or every attack, data loss or security incident will be prevented.

3. User responsibility and human review

PhiShark outputs should not be used as the sole basis for a decision having legal or similarly significant consequences on a person, except where permitted by applicable law and where necessary safeguards have been provided.

This information does not eliminate PhiShark's additional contractual obligations or liabilities that cannot be limited in accordance with applicable legislation.
