This Information Text has been prepared to provide information about the personal data processing activities carried out by PHISHARK TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("PhiShark") as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and relevant legislation.

PhiShark; It can benefit from automatic controls, threat intelligence and artificial intelligence-supported systems when analyzing cybersecurity risks such as phishing, malicious content, URLs, emails, files and similar.

PhiShark may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to ensure the operation of the website and its services, to maintain security and to remember user preferences.
Data Retention and Deletion Policy
PhiShark stores personal data and other records processed within the scope of the Services only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, service and security needs, legal obligations and possible legal claims.
Subprocessors and Service Providers
PhiShark uses certain third-party service providers to provide the Services. This page describes sub-processors that may process customer personal data on behalf of PhiShark and main service providers that have a different role in terms of data protection.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the contract for the Services (“Main Agreement”) between the Customer and PHISHARK TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“PhiShark”), to the extent that PhiShark processes personal data on behalf of a customer (“Customer”).
Subscription, Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy
This Policy explains the cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions for PhiShark's individual subscriptions and digital services. Consumers' rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.
Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
