1. Scope and roles
A subprocessor processes customer personal data for PhiShark. Some providers—such as a payment merchant of record or independent threat-intelligence source—may instead act as an independent controller under their own terms. Inclusion here does not change the legal role determined by the facts and contract.

3. Transfer safeguards
Where required, PhiShark will use an adequacy mechanism, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, a KVKK-compliant instrument and supplementary security measures appropriate to the transfer. Exact mechanisms must match executed contracts.
4. Changes and objections
Enterprise customers will receive advance notice of a new subprocessor where their agreement requires it and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within the contractual period. This page will show a version, date and archived prior list after first publication.
